Spray On Clothing: The New Future?
I just stumbled across this fascinating article about clothing which can be sprayed on to your body - bizzare i know!
Basically it's a new liquid mixture which was designed and developed by Imperial College London and a company called Fabrican, it will allow people to literally spray clothes onto their body. Once the mixture hits your body, it turns into a thin layer of fabric that can be peeled off, washed and re-worn.
If you don't believe me check out the video and article for yourself:

LFW - 18th September *best of*
John Rocha:
his 3 inspirations for this season are; The Irish artist Guggi, Jean Henri Lartigue’s photos from the turn of last century and historic expeditions
I really like this collection because i don't see the John Rocha that i always think of when i see this name, and i think he's pushed his boundaries a little on menswear (check out the sandals! yummy! )
Emilio de la Morena:
I'm loving the sculptured look of this collection mixed in with excentric and vibrant colors and odd geometric patterns.
Unique (Topshop):
This collection really is for the unique individual who isn't afraid to stand out - being the first high-street brand to showcase at LFW i think it holds it's title very well.
BodyAmr: His 3 inspirations for this collection were; Josephine Baker, Jessica Rabbit and early MGM. I'm loving the draping of the fabrics and the silhouette they give the body.

Exciting News!
Lanvin will be designing an exclusive range of clothing - male and female for this autumn. Here is H&M's official statement:
"H&M is proud to announce that it's next designer collaboration will be with Lanvin, one of the mosti nfluential brands of the 21st century. Designed by Lanvin's artistic director Alber Elbaz, and menswear designer Lucas Ossendrijver, the collection will go on sale on November 23rd in around 200 H&M stores worldwide. The collection of both menswear and womenswear will be revealed to the world on November 2nd, just three weeks before the clothes hit the store, making the launch of Lanvin for H&M the most anticipated fashion event of the year"
I'm majorly excited as this is one of my favourite designers and i hope to be one of the lucky ones able to snap something up - here's a look at past collections to get you in the mood:
